About Us

Rob Rogers, MA, MA, LGPC, NCC


Rob is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, National Board Certified Counselor and holds a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida as well as a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.

Rob’s prior professional experience includes guiding students, families and staff as the Dean of Student Services at a college for students with learning disabilities, serving as the President for the Greater Orlando Organization Development Network, and leading worship in churches in the Nashville, TN and Central Florida area.  

Additionally, Rob has been married for 20 years to his wife who serves in Psychiatry as a Physician Assistant at the Johns Hopkins University Bayview Medical Center. They have 2 daughters, one in college and another in high school.

Theoretical Approaches


Rob utilizes an integrative, strengths-based, person-centered approach which includes attachment theory, family systems, positive psychology, faith integration, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and has additional training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy. 

Rob is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, Prepare/Enrich premarital and marital assessment facilitator along with additional training in Life Coaching. 

Additionally, Rob offers Christian Counseling to those who request him to incorporate a Biblical framework within their sessions.
