You deserve a space where you can be heard and understood. I’m Rob Rogers — a counselor who helps adults, couples, and families work through anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions with compassion and clarity.
My path into counseling began leading academic and ministry communities, learning every day that people are more than their struggles. That belief continues at the heart of my practice.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland (LC10874 ) and Florida (TPMC2833), National Board Certified Counselor and hold a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy degree from the University of Central Florida as well as a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree from Regent University.
Additionally, I've been married for 27 years and the father of two daughters. My personal life has reinforced what I see professionally: relationships matter, character matters, and growth is a lifelong process.
Clients commonly seek support for:
If you are motivated to reflect honestly and engage in the process, counseling can be deeply effective.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you start. Many people begin therapy simply knowing that something needs to change.
If you are ready for steady, thoughtful support, I invite you to schedule a consultation. We can talk briefly, determine if we are a good fit, and discuss next steps.
My approach is practical, relational, and grounded in research-supported methods. I integrate:
This means our work will be structured but conversational. We will explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools you can apply in everyday life.
For couples, we focus on restoring safety, improving communication, and rebuilding connection.
For individuals, we work toward clarity, emotional steadiness, and purposeful direction.
Additionally, I offer Christian Counseling to those who request that I incorporate a Biblical framework within their sessions.
